Travelling To The US under the Muslim ban

Travelling To The US under the Muslim ban - From below of cheerful African American female ambassador with folder wearing hijab and id card looking away while standing near building with American flags on blurred background

About the Muslim ban (executive order 13769) I've searched about it and what I could understand is that people from Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somali, Syria, Yemen and Venezuela are banned from entering the US or getting a US Visa.

My question is until when will the people from these countries will stay banned, and can those people now in May 2019, get a Visa for the US or enter it normally?

On January 20, 2021, President Biden repealed Trump's executive order and instructed embassies to start processing visa applications for the affected countries again: https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/01/20/proclamation-ending-discriminatory-bans-on-entry-to-the-united-states/

Entering the US remains difficult due to COVID travel bans and embassy closures, but at least this particular obstacle is now history.
